HCLTech is hiring for the job role of Lead Designer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure quality compliance and facilitate Value creation and KM activities.
- Manage the teams and co-ordinate with On-Site Engineers for any issues or concerns
- Attend status calls with customers and the team and escalate to Senior management
- Drive recruitment and resourcing process by working closely with the HR teams
- Drive resource planning and keep track of the team's performance for high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Completed engineering studies at the university level; BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics/Electrical with 3 to 6 years of experience preferably in product
