Genpact is hiring for the role of Lead Consultant, React JS Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with tech lead and Product Owner to review, estimate, and prioritize User requirements. 
• Write well-designed, efficient code. Write high-quality code that is robust, readable, and scalable. 
• Design and implement UI applications that interface with backend servers and APIs. 
• Highly motivated and passionate about technology and meeting new challenges. 
• Passionate about implementing responsive and user-friendly interfaces. 
• Possess the drive to dive deep, thrive, and progress even in ambiguous situations. 
• Encourage and support knowledge sharing within the team and external groups. 
• Work in an agile environment focused on the most important deliverables for our clients. 
• Conduct code reviews, testing, debug other team member’s code. 
• Troubleshoot and solve issues in a timely manner. 
• Schedule product releases with internal teams. 
• Documentation and working on code improvement throughout sprints. 
• Ensure applications have great performance.
• Actively participate in discussions and make proposals to improve the quality of software.
• Mentor and lead other developers on technology, and good practices.
• Should take ownership of tasks assigned and deliver them with quality and on time.

Requirements:

Minimum:

• BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Good problem-solving skills 
• Should have strong Debugging and analytical skills. 
• Excellent knowledge of UI development using ReactJS. 
• Strong knowledge of React JS framework. Should be able to create UI applications from Scratch.  

Preferred:

• Exposure to microservices, and Rest API is highly desirable. 
• Should have exposure to UNIX/Linux environment.  
• Should be well-versed in software development processes, standards, and best practices. 
• Experience in working with Agile software development processes like Scrum, and Kanban is preferable.  
• Should have good knowledge of software design patterns.
