Genpact is hiring Lead Consultant - PowerBI Visualization Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
• For a given dataset the visualization Engineer should be able to tell the Product Owners what all insights he/she can provide.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and create meaningful data visualizations that provide actionable insights.
• Perform data modeling and create relationships between disparate data sources sssfor optimal reporting.
• Write and optimize complex DAX calculations for creating custom measures, calculated columns, and aggregation logic in Power BI.
• Work on ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI using tools like Power Query, SSIS, or Python-based solutions. 

Requirements:

• Experience in designing and developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and creating relationships between data sources within Power BI.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) and experience integrating them with Power BI.
