Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement IVR testing strategies using Hammer Automation Tools to verify system functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Design and execute test cases to validate IVR system components, including call routing, voice recognition, and database integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, define test scenarios, and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for optimizing IVR system performance and user experience.
• Document test plans, procedures, and results for reference and future testing activities.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to IVR testing and automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software testing or automation are a plus.
• Proficiency in utilizing Hammer Automation Tools for IVR testing and automation.
• Proven experience in IVR testing, preferably in a consulting role, with a deep understanding of IVR system architecture and components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
