Lead Consultant - Generative AI Engineer Job in Bangalore at Genpact

Genpact is hiring for the role of Lead Consultant - Generative AI Engineer!

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of generative AI models and algorithms, with specific experience in Vector Search Utility and RAG techniques. 
• Proficient in either of the Generative AI Model (OpenAI ChatGPT, llama, Claude 2, others), Machine Learning, Python, Flask/Django, microservices, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP - one of the cloud Azure / AWS is mandatory) 
•  Should have work experience working with Vector Search Utility, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge mining from Multiple sources. 
• Preferred if candidate has experience using data from Salesforce, ServiceNow, Confluence system for Knowledge mining. 
• Candidate should be well verse with Prompt Engineering techniques. 
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.  
• Experience with Databricks AI Platform or similar platforms. 
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures, neural networks, and machine learning techniques. 
• Experience with data preprocessing and data cleaning techniques. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication and collaboration skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
