Genpact is hiring for the role of Lead Consultant - Compass!
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Automation Testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver
- Proficient in Java, with hands-on scripting and debugging capabilit
- Familiarity with build and integration tools such as Maven and Jenkins
- Strong background in Manual Testing, with detailed test scenario creation and execution
- Good to have experience testing Salesforce applications – including UI, API, and workflow validations.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a consulting role or client-facing environment is highly desirable.
