Lead Civil - Engineering Job in Ahmedabad at Adani Group

Adani Group is hiring for the role of Lead Civil - Engineering!

• Coordinate with Engineering/EPC suppliers/Consultants for Project related activities to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure timely completion of the Design and Engineering activities of all related documents and drawings.
• Coordinate with the relevant team for a smooth exchange of input for the completion of the design in totality.
• Coordinate with EC for finalization of BOM/BOQ.
• Coordinate with the Equipment erection team and piping installation agencies to ensure proper support fixtures.
• Adopt robust safety practices as per codes and Standards to avoid any accidents at the site.
• Familiar with ANSYs and STAAD PRO software and their output safer results.
• Lead the whole team and drive to achieve the targets.
• Develop and coach the team, resolve grievances, and maintain a high motivation level in the team.
• Design effective and cost-efficient structural solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Manage and schedule resources for structural design, drafting, and construction at sites.
• Finalise RFQ/TER/Detail drawing approval and issue for construction at the site.
• Outsource design when necessary to ensure timeframes are achieved and we have the most cost-effective compliant design within the budgeted design cost.
• Develop concepts for all structural engineering systems to meet our needs.
• Mentor and train your Engineers, Managers, and draftsmen to carry out their day-to-day activities.
• Develop department resources in their area of work.
• Attending Project review meetings with the Management, Timely submission of MIS reports
