Lead - Business Finance Job in Bangalore at InMobi

InMobi is hiring for the role of Lead - Business Finance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop a deep understanding of the business, cost drivers, and other functions of the business unit to drive efficient growth
• Create processes for new initiatives and improve the existing ones with a focus on governance and cost leakage
• Review and analyze historical business trends, understand demand and supply drivers, prepare forecast data, develop a financial model, and evaluate the business outcome
• Continuously track financial and business KPIs, highlight trends, and analyze the variance
• Collaborate closely with business, sales, and cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure a smooth flow of operations 
• Perform ad hoc analysis for executives as required

Requirements:

• CA or MBA with 2-3 years of post-qualification work experience
• Previous experience as a business finance partner is desired, experience in a start-up would be preferred
• Strong Excel skills with hands-on experience in business analysis and reporting
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain the respect of senior management and external executives
• Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally
• Self-starter who excels in technically demanding, fast-paced, and fluid environment
