Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Gather and analyze business needs, translating them into functional specifications.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with tech teams to design solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business and tech teams, conveying complex concepts effectively.
• Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements and user stories.
• Project Management: Assist in project planning, monitoring progress, and identifying risks.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and validation to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements for efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, process modeling, and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Business Analysis Certification (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
