Stryker is hiring for the role of Lead Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Demonstrating strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrating ability to partner with business representatives at all levels to identify needs, define and document requirements, and drive solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new processes/policies.
• Maintaining clear communication channels with IS and business stakeholders.
• Explaining complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Converting complex business functions into technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA good to have)
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Computer Information Systems preferred
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience required
• Experience in understanding the business requirement, as-is process mapping, and analyzing the to-be process
• An excellent learner who is actively seeking new opportunities and eager to grow
• Knowledge of CRM, Salesforce, analytics platform
• Past experience working in a CRM domain
• The ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control is required
• Experience with process mapping is required
• Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required
• Experience working with high-level business stakeholders is required
• Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred
• Ability to support different time zones based on the project/business stakeholders being engaged
• Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies is preferred
