Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Lead and manage the business analysis function for assigned projects, ensuring that all requirements are clearly defined, documented, and communicated to stakeholders.
• Work closely with project teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and other requirements artifacts.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit and refine requirements.
• Identify and assess business risks and opportunities.
• Develop and implement business solutions that meet the needs of the business.
• Provide ongoing support to project teams throughout the development and implementation process.
• Mentor and coach junior business analysts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN).
• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of business principles and concepts.
