Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead and coordinate business analysis activities within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and assess current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows.
• Provide leadership in translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Participate in project planning, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Support testing efforts and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a lead business analyst or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• In-depth understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with financial services or investment industry (preferred).
• Proficiency in relevant business analysis tools and software.
