Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis processes.
- Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to business finance and recommend strategies to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic financial initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Experience range of 1 to 2 years
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA with specialization in Finance3.Requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
- You will play a crucial role in driving the financial success of the organization and contributing to its long-term growth and sustainability.
