Swiggy is hiring for the role of Lead Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing PowerBI dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decision-making across the HR function.
• This role requires proficiency in PowerBI, knowledge of database management, data integration, and data transformation, Python programming, and API integration

Requirements:

• Certification in PowerBI or related BI tools with 2+ years of experience
• Experience with advanced analytics and machine learning.
• Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs.
• Experience with HRIS systems data integration from tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwin, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. 
• Experience in API integration and handling data from multiple sources. 
• Experience using SQL Server unit tests to validate code functionality.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and database design principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and business skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical shareholders.
• Skills: Power BI, Python programming, API integration, Google Apps Script, MS SQL Server, SSIS, T-SQLStored Procedures, triggers, cursors, and Window Functions.
