Lead-Accounts Payables (P2P) Job in Bangalore at Tesco

Tesco is hiring for the role of Lead-Accounts Payables (P2P)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage monthly closing of AP records.
• Ensure team members are trained for Finance induction and conduct regular refresher training.
• Deliver operational KPIs at the expected quality and accuracy levels.
• Ensure appropriate work allocation across team members.
• Implement & maintain process controls (QA; mistake proofing; etc.).
• Deliver improved efficiency through process improvements.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all payments processes and guidelines.
• Manage Employee claims and VAT claims Process.
• Manage Direct Debit payments from the Bank Balance Sheet.
• Manage Invoice on hold for right resolution.
• Check and approve the daily payment proposals; Onetime Vendors and Personal Expenses.
• Validate the posting of all PAYE/HMRC transactions with terms/on-hold status.
• Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence.
