Cvent is hiring for the role of Lead 3D Visualizer - Client Services!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Directly manage daily projects / assignments and ensure timely delivery and help team to meet service level up to the benchmark level
• Help team to understand and conceptualize client’s requirement in various aspects of designing and getting it implemented
• Maintain strong coordination with inter-department and other departments in India / US
• Work closely with the team help the team to set up a benchmark, guide team with knowledge and experience
• Share product / strategy and any other important updates and information with the entire group. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for existing and upcoming technologies in 3D space.
• Coach, mentor, provide feedback and help improving productivity and technical knowledge of the team
• Make managerial decisions whenever required and assist existing team with daily queries

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (both Verbal and written)
• Strong aesthetics sense and high level of attention to detail
• Self-motivated and quick learner with a positive attitude
• Great time management and organizational skills
• Strong business judgement
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Blender, Unreal, Plastic SCM and Salesforce CRM would be a plus
