Layout Engineer Job in PAN India at Ashok Leyland

Ashok Leyland is hiring for the role of Layout Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform thorough component selection based on system requirements, considering factors such as cost, reliability, and availability.
• Design and capture detailed schematics, ensuring clarity, correctness, and adherence to design requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including system engineers, to define and validate design specifications.
• Design PCB layouts for automotive applications, ensuring optimal placement and routing to meet electrical and mechanical specifications.
• Ensure PCB designs meet manufacturing, assembly, and reliability requirements.
• Work with the mechanical team to integrate the PCB design into the overall product assembly, addressing thermal, EMI, and mechanical constraints.
• In-depth understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and high-frequency design principles.
• Experience in designing for high-voltage or power electronics systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like SPICE for circuit simulation, or other analysis tools is a bonus.
