Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop web applications using the Laravel framework, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Implement new features, functionalities, and modules based on project requirements.
• Design and develop database structures, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Integrate the Laravel application with the database, creating models, relationships, and migrations.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user interfaces into Laravel applications. Ensure responsive design, usability, and accessibility across different devices and browsers.
• Perform unit testing, functional testing, and debugging to identify and resolve software defects.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize Laravel applications for performance, scalability, and speed.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, implement caching mechanisms, and optimize database queries.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms in Laravel applications.
• Ensure data protection, secure user sessions, and protect against common security vulnerabilities.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services into Laravel applications.
• Implement API endpoints, handle data exchange, and ensure proper authentication and error handling.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, API documentation, and code documentation.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers.
• Participate in project meetings, provide technical expertise, and communicate project status and progress effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Laravel developments, trends, and best practices.
• Continuously improve skills and knowledge through self-learning, training, and attending relevant conferences or webinars.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
• Strong experience in developing web applications using the Laravel PHP framework.
• Proficient in PHP programming with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Sound knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing optimized SQL queries.
• Experience working with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to quickly learn new design techniques and software.
