Bajaj Auto is hiring for the role of L3- Spares!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage the sales force within his/her defined regional territory
- Responsible for overseeing spare parts sales operations, meeting revenue/volume targets, and managing the distributors and dealers in the region
- Assist in distributor management
- Assist in Sales volume Growth and target achievement for BGP & BGO
- Assist in Continuous Network Expansion (Retailer & PRC) at the Town level/hub level
- Assist in Capability Development for the Distributor & his Team
- Improve the business share of spare parts at the retailer level through the analytical platform
- Drive spare parts overall penetration Improvement & for the focus part group
- Review distributor for sales performance, scheme performance, product group performance, beat plan Adherence
- Activate Programs for PRCs, Retailers & Mechanic to promote and increase advocacy for BGP & BGO
- Conduct Meets – Retailer, PRC, Mechanic
- Assist in Market Research, Brand Building and promotion, Retail Sales Planning for BGP & BGO
Requirements:

- Ability to present and articulate ideas clearly
- Understanding of Value selling
