L2 Technical Support Job in Delhi at ADN Broadband

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth analysis and diagnosis of complex technical problems reported by customers.
• Resolve escalated hardware and software issues, including network-related problems.
• Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand and clarify technical issues.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that require a deeper understanding of product architecture and system behavior.
• Collaborate with L1 support to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the knowledge base by documenting complex solutions and best practices.
• Provide input to update and refine existing knowledge base articles.
• Conduct training sessions for L1 support to enhance their technical skills and improve their ability to handle challenging cases.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Advanced understanding of computer systems, networks, software applications, and related technologies.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex technical problems and providing effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
