L2 Academic Counsellor Job in Mumbai at Upgrad

Job Description:

Lead Management:

• Contact potential students through inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and messages.
• Understand students’ academic background, career aspirations, and learning needs.

Counselling & Consultation:

• Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, fee structure, and admission process.
• .Guide students to choose suitable programs based on their interests and eligibility.
• Address student queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Sales & Conversion:

• Maintain a high conversion ratio from inquiry to enrollment.
• Follow up with leads regularly to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.

CRM & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on campaigns and student needs.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new courses and market trends.
