Systems + is hiring for the role of L1 Technical Support Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Performs basic problem-solving and assists with Windows, Mac, software applications, and hardware systems.
- Performs routine technical assistance and maintenance duties.
- Maintains and updates the record-keeping system.
- Assists with tracking inventory levels of equipment and materials.
- Performs routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems.
- Troubleshoot basic server and network infrastructure issues.
- Assists with the review, evaluation, and recommendation of solutions relating to hardware and software acquisitions and/or network updates.
- Assists with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, workstations, and/or other related equipment and devices.
- Maintains knowledge concerning technology, and equipment.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Coordinating with OEM vendors for warranty support.
Requirements:
- Base Location: Zonda Faridabad Office.
- Work Time: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday
- Priority: Immediate Joiner
