Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Gather relevant information and details about technical issues, documenting them accurately.
• Perform initial analysis and diagnosis of technical problems reported by customers.
• Resolve basic hardware and software issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers.
• Document all incidents and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
• Utilize knowledge base resources to find solutions and answers to common technical problems.
• Educate customers on product features, functionality, and best practices to enhance their understanding and usage.
• Adhere to established technical support processes, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and common operating systems.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
