Hydro is hiring for the role of L1 Specialist-Network Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Operate corporate network areas managed by the team
- Create and maintain network documentation
- Support the team members in their daily technical questions
- Participate in the internal network and security projects
- Control and report the monthly invoices for the vendors
- Handle financial incidents
- Manage internal financial processes
- Perform all other tasks upon the instructions of the superior in charge which may be necessitated by the operations of the Network and which do not conflict with any applicable laws, statutory provisions, and company rules
Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Network Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge is required
- Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
- Conflict handling

- Service and ownership mindset
