L&D Trainer Job in Chennai at Ford India

Ford is hiring for the job role of L&D Trainer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Induction and Onboarding For new joiners at FCGBC- Provide induction & hand holding to new joiners. Update the new joiner tracking sheet.
• CAT 3/ Job Transition Checklists: Capture people's movement & update the checklist. Coordinate with operations to ensure people's movement details are captured correctly each month. 
• SharePoint Reminders- Create an entry of the new joiner in SharePoint.
• Ensure follow-ups are being sent regularly. 
• Technical & skill development Training: Plan & create a learning calendar along with the operations team to cater to the team's requirements. 
• NA and EU Compliance Courses Follow-up (FCGBC): Yearly exercise to be completed for the teams at FCGBC.
• EU Courses Follow-up (Europe Team): This yearly activity has to be done for the EU team with support from the EU team.
• DRIM review & updating - Yearly exercise. Checking & reviewing 

Requirements:

• Minimum graduate in any discipline with experience in L&D. Prior experience in training delivery & content designing is a must. Post-graduation will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint & Excel in particular) with experience in handling software like Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, SABA, Degreed, etc.
• Self-driven motivated individual who can lead conversations and quickly adapt to changes. Quick learner and Agile with an interest in the latest technology and applications.
