Genpact is hiring for the role of L&D Program Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Bring in best L&D practices based on feedback and recommendations.
• Maintain strong participant engagement to ensure complete support.
• Manage & lead learning experiences to generate positive VOC.
• Drive program activities to ensure on-track execution of program activities as per plan which includes scheduling, launching learner surveys, etc.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to plan program activities & ensure a great learner experience.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in L&D with a sound knowledge of MS Office
• Project Management skills will be preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, continuously evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Strong experience and knowledge in collating & designing performance data & insights in L&D or HR is a must
• Ability to present data insights that determine program performance and enable improvements as necessary
• Excellent verbal and written skills; able to create a storyline that generates data insights & actionable
• Ability to work across levels, geographies, and functions/ verticals without any reservations or inhibitions
