Tide is hiring for the job role of KYC Team Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Leading the daily workflow assignment, ensuring all tasks are distributed correctly and completed on time
• Leading and coordinating the CDD and EDD reviews of low, medium, and high-risk members
• Suggesting and executing procedural improvements
• Acting as an escalation point for your teammates
• Liaising with other departments and support functions across the company as necessary
• Performing other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

•  2+ years of KYC experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
• Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
• Creative ability & writing proficiency
• Self-motivator and self-starter
• Focused on quality
• Exceptional listening and analytical skills
• Able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the company
• Able to adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
