Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the curation of project write-ups and proposals for recent wins and key projects.
• Analyze annual reports to extract specific information and transform it into usable formats.
• Publish high-quality project write-ups to the global knowledge management portal by guidelines.
• Organize and tag content to facilitate efficient retrieval within the knowledge management portal.
• Meet processing and quality benchmarks, ensuring adherence to expected turnaround times.
• Summarize high-level project summaries based on information in proposal documents.

Requirements:

• MBA or Post Graduate degree in English, Mass Communication, Humanities, Library Sciences desired.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Familiarity with a professional services environment.
• Ability to learn and use new processes and technology.
• Good comprehension skills and attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to drive initiatives.
• Experience with content writing and curation.
• Ability to work as part of a team and multitask on work assignments.
• Ability to act with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude and presence, with the ability to interact with senior professionals and manage conflicts maturely and professionally.
• Adaptability in communication style when working with team members, clients, and stakeholders across various levels.

Desired Proficiencies:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good stakeholder relations and engagement skills.
• Elementary secondary research skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including complex functions and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of Excel macros, basic analytics, and SharePoint is an advantage.
