GlobalLogic is hiring for the position of Knowledge Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Promote knowledge capture and reuse through operational and business processes
- Capture and distill experience and insight for reuse to improve performance
- Facilitate Knowledge Management strategic planning
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions
- Provide internal training and consulting on KM concepts and methodologies
- Plan, development, stand up, support, and promotion of the Customer Success knowledge base(s)
Requirements:
- Four-year technical degree or business/ related or management focus
- 3+ years creating, managing, maintaining and supporting the knowledge management process and knowledge bases
- Strong background in content design and CMS management (Salesforce or Confluence experience a plus)
- Experience in establishing effective partnerships within and outside the organization
