Key Accounts Manager – Ho Re Ca Job in Delhi at Saksham Impex Pvt Ltd

Key Responsibilities Areas:

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Ho Re Ca customers at various levels including DFNB/ F&B Manager/Executive Chefs/Procurement Manager/Store Manager.

Market Analysis:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities to identify potential business growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets, introduce products to potential clients, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Negotiation:

• Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, promotional mechanisms, trade marketing activities, and shelf space allocation.

Internal Coordination:

• Serve as the liaison between key clients and internal departments (e.g., marketing, supply chain, product development) to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and account metrics, using data-driven insights to report on progress and drive continuous improvement.  

Product & Promotional Strategy:

• Drive product visibility and competitiveness at the point of sale and develop innovative trade promotion strategies.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Achieve/exceed the Sales targets Brand-wise 
• Client/ Account Management  
• Reports & MIS 

CANDIDATE SKILLS:

• Good Communication skills, good command of Marathi, English, Hindi 
• should be a team player 
• Shows strong sales acumen 
• Must be goal-oriented 
• Passionate, driven, and with high energy levels, positive attitude 
• Must be willing to learn and adapt quickly

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Experience of 3-5 years in Key Accounts Handling, preferably in Ho Re Ca Sales in Mumbai. 
• Candidate should be a Minimum Graduate. 
• Strong knowledge of the FMCG / Imported Food & Beverage brands market. 
• Understanding and in-depth experience of having worked in the same industry. Should be high on self-motivation and goal-driven. 
• The candidate needs to be mobile with a 2-Wheeler / 4-Wheeler. 
• Must have an Android phone.
