Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Quick Commerce accounts, Serve as the primary point of contact for key account customers, understand the client business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to grow the business with existing clients, develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share,
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align efforts and meet client needs.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving, Monitor and report on account performance metrics,
• Address client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors, Provide regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights, forecast and track key account metrics.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Assist in managing the end-to-end supply chain process, Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods, Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
