Unilever is hiring for the role of Key Accounts Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Ensure efficient online availability of the portfolio by managing demand forecast, customer ordering, fulfillment, and go-live processes.
• Execute offer configuration, and compliance, and ensure media assets and content upload across the assortment.
• Work with data to forecast and budget for optimized brand investments on respective platforms.
• Maintain financial hygiene by ensuring collection efficiency, managing customer claims, and tracking financial metrics.
• Negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile, fast-paced channel.
• Collaborate with Shopper Marketing, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Business Finance, and Capability Teams to meet sustainable top-line goals.
• Use data and customer engagement to identify and act on growth opportunities.
• Build long-lasting strategic relationships with customers by demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• MBA/Master’s degree
• Overall years of experience should be at least 2-4 years of work experience across sales & marketing in FMCG. Experience in e-commerce set-up will be preferred.
• Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
