Key Account Manager - Brand Alliances / EMI Job in Mumbai at Paytm

Paytm is hiring for the role of Key Account Manager - Brand Alliances / EMI!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Onboarding new brands in CDIT (Mobiles and Laptops) and NCDIT categories to enable affordability solutions on the Paytm ecosystem.
• Managing existing onboarded accounts end-to-end and taking ownership of business growth.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and brands for strategic/exclusive initiatives to create a competitive edge for brand offerings on Paytm.
• Working with internal teams to improve operational efficiencies in brand offer configuration, reconciliation, and brand-related processes, including faster activation of offers on merchants.

Requirements:

• High level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation.
• Ability to manage and align both internal and external stakeholders.
• Alliance experience in the Payments/EMI industry (preferred).
• Growth mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management, especially cross-functional coordination to drive numbers.
• Willingness to experiment and improve channel management.
• Graduation / Post-Graduation preferred.
