Pepsi CO. is hiring for the role of Key Account Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Identifying the funnel to hunt for new business
- Owning the budget to acquire new business
- Working with Bottler teams to design new business strategies and funding
- Leading partnerships with National/Regional Accounts
- Leading the partnerships for these accounts delivers on JBP and topline agenda
- Being responsible for End to end customer management for these accounts
- Leading industry partnerships with NRAI, and IFF among others
- Setting up key future capabilities in mixers/mixology
Requirements:
- Ability to identify and leverage opportunities in specified areas; P&L skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to form relationships quickly
- 3-4 years of sales experience including on-premise & key account handling experience [alco bev x op an advantage]
- Strong negotiation skills; ability to work across hierarchies internally and externally
- MBA – Sales & Marketing
