Instamojo is hiring for the role of Key Account Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Managing and growing key accounts
- Identifying business requirements and providing solutions
- Planning for the GMV impact
- Analyzing the performance of the account
- Liaising with other teams like Tech, Product, and Analytics to work on merchant feedback and new features
- Upselling the existing product offerings
- Generating reports and providing insights on the reports
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Should have analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Has worked as an account manager before
