Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Developing a trust worthy relationship with Modern Trade Accounts .
• Developing a complete understanding of major account needs.
• Acquiring thorough knowledge of market needs and requirements.
• Ensuring correct products and services are delivered to the retail stores in the given time frame.
• Play an integral part in creating relationship and generating new sales and make them turn into long lasting relationship.
• Resolve the issues raised by the retail stores and deal with complaints in order to maintain trust.
• Will be responsible to create and lead your own team.
• Creating long term strategies with the retail stores
• Closely operating with other departments involved with the accounts.

Requirements:

• Experience in establishing modern trade sales channel for reputed brands.
• Masters in Sales and Marketing
• Should be a Team Player and capable to build a team.
• Strong communication skills as well as interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships with the professionals of other organisations.
• Strong ability in problem solving and negotiations.
