Instamojo is hiring for the role of Key Account Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage and grow key accounts.
- Qualitative engagement with merchants.
- Identifying business requirements and providing solutions
- Action planning for the GMV impact.
- Analyze the performance of the account.
- Constantly liaise with other teams like Tech, Product, and Analytics to work on merchant feedback and new features.
- Upsell the existing product offerings.
- Generate reports and provide insights on the reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Should have analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Has worked as an account manager before
- 1 - 4 Years of Experience
