Quess Corp is hiring for the role of Key Account Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for client acquisition, business development, revenue generation, and report generation.
  • Sell Monster’s online solutions to Placement Agencies, Consulting Firms, SMEs, and Corporate Clients.
  • Identify and analyze clients' requirements and propose customized solutions for talent acquisition and branding needs.
  • Map clients' requirements and provide optimal solutions to meet their recruitment and branding needs.
  • Interact with senior management in client organizations and present Monster’s products and services.
  • Manage complex sales situations and acquire clients based on value-based selling.
  • Follow the complete sales cycle and ensure payment collection.
  • Conduct sales analysis, usage review, and planning in relation to product analysis on a quarterly basis.
  • Closely monitor competitor activities and assist in planning counter strategies.
  • Achieve sales objectives and revenue by selling, upselling, and cross-selling varied offerings, including branding options.
  • Drive both volume and value business through effective sales management.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate.
  • 1-7 years of B2B field sales experience, with hands-on experience in the entire sales cycle.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Zeal for making a career in sales.
  • Internet savvy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Preferable industries include IT, HR Space/Consulting, Media, Solution Selling, Consultants, BFSI, Telecom, and Dot Com.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Team player who can integrate with the sales team.
  • An aggressive personality driven by performance
