Versuni is hiring for the role of Key Account Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage vendor relationships and drive sell-out.
• Evaluate customer skills and needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships.
• Implement a key account action plan in synchronization with the key account joint business plan.
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
• Ensure compliance with commercial policy and support delivery on sales, IGM, and price realization targets.
• Support proactively on-shelf availability.
• Turn real-time performance insights from internal/external data pools into proactive improvement actions.
• Develop "out of the box" local sales models and evaluate their effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales
• Minimum HBO (or local equivalent) in sales management or similar
• Knowledge in digital sales, promotion effectiveness, negotiation, pricing, and value extraction
• Self-starter who can quickly build customer rapport
• Fluent in English is a must, along with the local language
