One Impression is hiring for the role of Key Account Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential influencers within assigned categories. Develop and implement strategies to expand and optimize the category, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with influencers, securing favorable terms and conditions. Collaborate with influencers to develop mutually beneficial partnerships that align with brand objectives
- Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for assigned categories, ensuring financial targets are met. Monitor revenue streams, analyze financial data, and implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Foster a sense of community among influencers within assigned categories. Implement initiatives to engage influencers, encourage collaboration, and enhance the overall platform experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to drive category success. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and address challenges
- Provide regular reports on category performance, highlighting key metrics and insights. Analyze to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the category
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of category management experience, 2 years of experience in the influencer marketing field is good to have
- Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and campaign objectives are met. Strong organizational skills are crucial for coordinating between influencers, internal teams, and clients
- Experience in negotiating partnerships, creating contracts, and managing the legal aspects of influencer collaborations. Ensuring that both parties (influencers and brands) fulfill their obligations as per the agreed terms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships with influencers and effectively conveying campaign objectives, guidelines, and brand messaging. Clear and concise communication helps in maintaining positive relationships
- Proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics to evaluate the success of influencer campaigns. This includes tracking engagement rates, reach, conversions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Staying updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes on social media platforms, and industry developments. Being adaptable to changes in the influencer landscape and pivoting strategies accordingly
- A genuine interest and passion for influencer marketing and the digital landscape. This passion can drive innovation and commitment to creating successful influencer partnerships
