Hudle is hiring for the role of Key Account Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage 150-250 partner venues in an assigned region.
• Drive transaction growth on the Hudle platform for these venues through innovative ideas and effective execution.
• Maintain accurate venue information, including address, slot pricing, and availability, to ensure smooth user experiences.
• Build and nurture business relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Engage daily with partners to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions and support.
• Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and expand the partner network.
• Provide product and technology demonstrations to partners.
• Create and deliver engaging presentations at meetings and conferences to potential partners.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of existing partners, tracking their latest developments.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business and partnership opportunities.
• Manage deal closures and support partners throughout the closing process.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
• Up to 2 years of experience in account management, client relationships, venue operations, or growth roles.
• Strong professionalism with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient communication skills for interacting effectively with partners.
• Comfort with technology tools like Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn; an interest in sports and fitness is a bonus.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment.
