Orient Electric is hiring for the role of KAM - FK Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Should have handled the P&L of a category and grown the revenue
• Business Analysis
• User Experience Evaluation and Analysis
• Client Oriented - Ability to think from the end-user's point of view. Understanding the pain points of the users from qualitative and quantitative data
• Execution and result-oriented with good project management skills.
• Able to work with structured and unstructured data to derive useful insights and make decisions.
• Able to keep an open mind with a strong focus on research, discovery, and learning.
• Work with the Performance marketing team for better marketing campaigns as per the analytics
• Merchandise - Liaising with the merchandising team to ensure we know what sells and what is served at the right position (Sorting) - which customer sees what in each category - all data-backed experiments
• Product Flow - Ensuring product flow is smooth, each time weeding out excess options, adding new relevant categories on L1, grid, etc
• Monitor and take relevant actions for driving visits and conversions
• Work with assisted Sales team to drive better conversions, SOPs, etc.
• Plan inventory, merchandise planning, and sales operations offer configurations including testing and interventions needed if any.
• Report sales data and provide sales metrics and insights across categories and SKUs.
• Coordinate with extended SCM, Logistics, and Online sales teams to achieve business objectives and implement interventions
• Managing inventory online for each category, and sub-category - planning ahead of sale, etc
• Liais with a brand spot for planning for peak marketing for margin/ inventory, Clearance sale stock with revised margins, return clauses, etc
• Define metrics and analyze data to ensure the engagement and performance levels of the customer.
