Leap Finance is hiring for the role of Junior Webflow Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, leveraging CMS, interactions, and animations.
• Implement basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality.
• Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life.
• Integrate forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools (Zapier, Segment, HubSpot, etc.).
• Optimize websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts.
• Implement analytics tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel) and ensure data accuracy.
• Support A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures.
• Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages.
• Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and growth teams.
• Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel).
• Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Leadsquared, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
