Scor is hiring for the role of Junior Underwriter, Agriculture!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Report to and support the Head of Agri for renewal and new business, portfolio management & reporting.
- Portfolio Management
- Client Management
- Comply with all Enterprise Risk Management rules, including Internal Control System for treaty underwriting and escalation to Head of Agri when appropriate
- Work closely with India / APAC team based in Mumbai / Singapore
Requirements:
- Fresher, or up to 2 years’ experience in the insurance sector.
- Pays attention to details and comfortable with data analysis.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Comfortable dealing with people.
- Eager to add to his / her knowledge.
- University education (Agriculture or Weather Studies, Finance, Insurance).
- Insurance / Reinsurance qualifications would be a plus.
