- Develop clear and concise SOPs, user manuals, orientation plans, and technical documentation.
- Maintain and update a central knowledge base.
- Visualize processes by creating flow charts and on-paper depictions of complex workflows, seeing the broader picture.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and technical writing abilities.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and MS Visio (or relevant process mapping tools).
- Familiarity with ticket management tools like ServiceNow.
- This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional with 1–3 years of experience who excels in documentation, communication, and process visualization.
