Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Providing exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat) to assist with mobile device management and address customer queries.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Laptops/mobile devices and associated applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Assisting in onboarding new customers, guiding them through our platform, and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Engaging with customers to gather feedback and insights, and relay them to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
• Documenting customer interactions and solutions in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:
