Vehant Technologies is hiring for the role of Junior Support Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle trouble tickets dealing with hardware and configuration issues
- Able to review, understand, and troubleshoot software/hardware-related issues
- Capable of working under pressure and deadlines
- Should be a quick learner
Requirements:
- Should have 0-2 years of experience in product support
- Technically knowledge of Linux, Docker, Cloud technology like AWS, and Database like PGSQL.
- Preferred technical certification including Linux+, RHCSA, RHCE, and RHCA strongly preferred but not mandatory
- Linux Scripting Knowledge (Bash, Perl, Python—any combination)
- Qualification: B.Tech / BCA /MCA
