Larsen and Toubro is hiring for the role of Junior Supervisor!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure production under strict safety norms and security norms
• Responsible for making various system entries for Inspection, Maintenance, Transportation, etc. with a sound knowledge of the system.
• Ensure production according to Drawing, procedures, etc
• Maintain discipline among workmen and meet targets as per Concerto in the shift

Requirements:

• Diploma
• Able to work in all three shifts by rotation and should be able to lead the team working along.
• Should have exposure to fabrication & welding processes, cutting, bending, and raw material processes.
• Leadership skills
• Able to work with people, should have good communication skills- written & verbal.
• Confident & Self initiator
