Hyundai is hiring for the role of Junior Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify of low stock items (Maintenance Materials) from the Master list & procure those items
• Purchase machine spares based on new equipment / new specs. upgradation in coordination with the Planner
• Purchasing machine spares based on preventive maintenance schedule (TBM & Campaign) coordination with cell leader
• Purchase request to be made as per requirement
• Purchase request handed over to purchase team with necessary documents
• Write up a document to be submitted to Traffic & Customs in co-ord planner
• Review of the “Min-Max” setting in the stock room master list & highlighting the abnormalities to Head of Section
• Get section approval for purchase requests based on the total value of the items
• Check monthly stock & monitoring
• Coordinate with the M.E. team before & during the installation of machines
• Maintain Material – Outward movement from stores
• Prepare Gate pass for sending out the material for service or other purpose
• Make issue in the SAP system for the used items for Irregular & PM maintenance activities
• Create work order in coordination with cell leader/shift in charge
• A complete work order in coordination with a planner for budget-related issues
• Conduct daily meetings with the planner & cell leader regarding the material issue
• Highlight problems to the Head of the Section
• Review of store register daily & highlight problems to the Head of the Section
• Conduct monthly once store self audits to check system adherence & findings to be highlighted to the head of the section for decision-making

Requirements:

• Education qualification must be a Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical(Paint)
• Total Experience should be between 3 to 5 years
• Post Graduation is not required
• A doctorate is not required
