HCL Tech is hiring for the role of Junior Solution Architect!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Architect, design and develop (through team) solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery.
• Bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
• Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current, meets quality standards and client requirements.
• Review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and architectural standards while establishing and enforcing governance/compliance measures.
• Train and develop the team to ensure adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and mitigate delivery risks.
• Submit whitepapers, participate in industry forums and file patents.
